Good outdoor shade sail

Got a custom triangle shade sail. Ordering was easy. It arrived in about two weeks. Quality is solid. It works well over my patio. Happy with the purchase.

Nice curtains, slight delay

I ordered some custom pinch pleat drapes for my living room. The fabric quality was excellent, and they were well-made, exactly as I had hoped. The measurement guide was helpful, and the drapes fit my windows perfectly. My only small complaint was the delivery time; it took closer to three weeks than the estimated two, which meant I had to adjust my installation schedule a bit. However, once they arrived, the drapes looked great and really elevated the room. Customer service was polite when I inquired about the delay, but they didn't offer a specific reason for it. Overall, a good product for the price, just be aware that shipping can sometimes run a little longer.

My house looks amazing!

I ordered custom velvet curtains for my living room and they are absolutely gorgeous! The color is rich, and the fabric feels luxurious. They arrived quicker than I expected for custom work, just under two weeks. The measurements were spot on, and they transformed the room. I will definitely be ordering again from TheHues. My friends have already asked where I got them!

Consistent quality, returning customer

This was my third order from TheHues, this time for custom linen curtains for my dining room. I've previously ordered blackout curtains and a sun shade sail. Just like before, the quality was top-notch, and the measurements I provided were matched perfectly. The linen has a lovely texture and lets in just the right amount of light. Shipping took about 12 days, which is consistent with my past experiences. It's why I keep coming back – I know what to expect in terms of product and delivery time. Never had any issues, always a reliable experience.

Great custom blackout curtains

I ordered a set of custom blackout curtains for my bedroom windows, and overall, I was really pleased with the process and the final product. The website's measuring guide was clear, and I felt confident entering my custom dimensions. It took about 14 days for them to arrive after I placed the order, which felt reasonable for a custom item. They shipped from North Carolina, I think. The quality of the fabric is quite good, thick and soft, and the blackout effect is excellent – no light gets through. Installation was straightforward, and they hang perfectly. I had a quick question about tracking a few days after ordering, and customer service responded to my email within 24 hours with the information I needed. The only minor point was the packaging; while secure, it was a bit bulky for just two curtain panels.

Curtains for the kids' room

So, I needed some custom grommet curtains for the kids' room. Finding the right size ready-made was a nightmare. This site let me put in the exact dimensions, which was cool. They arrived pretty fast, like ten days or so. They look good, fit the window perfectly, and the grommets are sturdy. Made the room look much better and were super easy to hang. Pretty happy with how it turned out.
